Matthew 27:32
Along the way, they came across a man named Simon, who was from Cyrene, and the soldiers forced him to carry Jesus' cross.
Jesus always tells us in the bible to deny ourselves and take up our cross. Well, for Simon he actually got the chance to take Jesus' cross and carry it to Golgotha where Jesus was going to be crucified. How great of an honor is that! I can only pray that one day I will be worthy enough to do such a great deed for my Father as Simon did.
