Mark 7:14-15
Then Jesus called to the crowd to come and hear. "All of you listen," he said, "and try to understand. It's not what goes into your body that defiles you; you are defiled by what comes from your heart."

Mark 7:20-23
And then he added, "It is what comes from inside that defiles you. For from within, out of a person's heart, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery, greed, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, envy, slander, pride, and foolishness. All these bile things come from within; they are what defile you."

I always forget things! My boss always has to write things down for me so I will not forget to do things at a job site. He is finally catching on, but if he would only have just asked my wife when I started, he would already know all these things.

Whenever, I opened my bible and started reading, it seemed this little section was colored yellow. Just like a little sticky note left for me as a reminder...from Jesus! Reminding me just because I'm reading my bible it doesn't make me any better than anybody else if I'm not acting accordingly and speaking his love.
