Exodus 34:29-30
When Moses came down Mount Sinai carrying the two stone tablets inscribed with the terms of the covenant, he wasn't aware that this face had become radiant because he had spoken to the Lord. So when Aaron and the people of Israel saw the radiance of Moses' face, they were afraid to come near him.
I like to think of it this way. When I wake up in the morning I should become a disco ball, a ball full of mirrors. So when people see me, they won't be seeing me but a mirror reflection of Jesus. Just like Moses did when he came down from the mountain after spending so much time with God.
God, I pray I too can become like a disco ball, just has Moses.
